Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time and part-time dishwashers for Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. You will ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, maintaining health standards and efficient operation during shifts. Training is provided and weekends/holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
