Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dishwasher at the St. John Vianney Center location. The role supports kitchen and facility operations by keeping all food production and service areas clean, sanitized, and organized.

You will handle equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces, while assisting with setup and breakdown tasks as needed. The position offers mornings and afternoons/evenings with variable days, and both full-time or part-time employment options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap and paper towels.
• May require significant walking or mobility.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; other duties may be assigned.
