Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area and back-of-house spaces.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with cleaning and stocking tasks as needed.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal and floor cleaning; help maintain a safe workplace.
