Job summary

Ginger and Baker in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an enthusiastic dishwashing/ kitchen helper. You will ensure all dishware and equipment are cleaned to high sanitation standards and support other kitchen areas as needed.

The role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with safety policies. SERV Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishware, utensils, glassware, and equipment.
• Assist in other kitchen areas as needed by the team.
• Set up dish machine in the morning and close it at night.
• Keep sanitation solution up to company standards.
• Communicate issues to Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef and take corrective action.
