• Experience operating dishwashing machines.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow in the kitchen to prevent backups of dirty dishes.
• Sanitize, wash, dry, and restock kitchenware and utensils promptly.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment; report issues to management.
• Keep cleaning supplies tracked and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in keeping back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal and keep garbage areas tidy.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols and company policies.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks to support restaurant operations.
