• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Monitors and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Changes water of machines and sinks regularly.
• Assists in timely storing of food deliveries.
• Removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
