Job summary

Culinary Dropout in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly team member to join our dishwashing crew. You will load and unload the dish machine, keep wares clean, and support a high-volume restaurant environment with a focus on timeliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant is helpful, teamwork and a dynamic personality are valued.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine; keep it clean and sanitary.
• Maintain an adequate supply of clean tableware and report any problems.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage; work calmly in high volume.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
