The role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, restocking supplies, and assisting with basic set-up and break-down tasks. Flexible shifts, open availability preferred; pay range $12.00–$14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic concepts of food safety.
• No related work experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using appropriate cleaners to maintain sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Willingness to walk and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
