Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Ability to maintain equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Wash all soiled china, glass and flatware using proper cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean, dry and safe dishwashing area.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
