Qualifications

• Wash dishes and utensils to sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash pots and pans.
• Maintain clean, safe dishwashing area.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Change the dishwater in the dish machine every hour.
• Wipe up spills and keep kitchen floors dry.
• Notify manager if dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety temperatures.
