Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is preferred.

• Maintain the flow of all restaurant washables.
• Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to guests.
• Keep station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized.
