Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Minnesota is hiring a dishwasher to support our food and beverage team. You will operate the dish machine, clean floors, and stock kitchenware across outlets, while upholding high guest service standards.

Starting pay is up to $18.50 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Weekly pay, free uniforms and uniform cleaning, and a strong benefits package are part of the role, with opportunities for advancement within the SMSC Gaming Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and maintains racks and dish storage.
• Cleans floors and light kitchen equipment. Removes trash and cleans coolers.
• Delivers and stocks plates, glasses, pots and pans for all restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Maintains loading dock area (Little Six Casino) / Assists in Banquets by cleaning or moving kitchen equipment.
