Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning chemicals.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all kitchenware is cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly according to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and counters.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and waste disposal as needed.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishment.
