• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishwashing area and back of house by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces; ensure dishes and kitchen tools are cleaned, sanitized, stored.
• Create a spotless environment by following daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Buss tables after guests leave, ensuring a polished dining space for customers.
• Keep trash and recycling, including grease bins and boxes, taken out.
• Sweep and mop floors in dining room, dish area, and dry storage; post safety signs.
• Wash and dry towels; keep them clean and ready for use.
