Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling.Open seven days a week, the restaurant will serve American bar and grill food favorites along with more eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen.### **Position Summary**The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses. **Duties and Responsibilities*** Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.* Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.* Properly stores and removes garbage and soiled linens.* Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen and the BOH area in accordance with Health Department.* Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.* Possesses in-depth knowledge of the dish machine.* Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.* Communicates product needs to the chefs and/or purchaser.* Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.* Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.* Portrays a positive and professional attitude.### **Our Ideal Candidate*** Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.* Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.* Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.* Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.* Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.*This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
