Paco’s Tacos & Tequila in Charlotte, NC is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency. The role requires ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and maintaining sanitary conditions across stations.

The ideal candidate has prior kitchen or dishwasher experience, can operate various dishwashing machines, and follows strict food safety guidelines. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong time management and communication skills

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen preferred.
• Ability to operate different dishwashing machines and handle varied wares.
• Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes, flatware, pans, and pots for the entire kitchen and restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment by washing and sanitizing kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, mixers, stoves, etc.).
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, keeping the kitchen fully stocked.
• Clean and maintain cook stations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans as needed.
• Support other team members with tasks when the need arises, creating a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
