Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations in a fast-paced dining environment. You will ensure all dishes are washed, sanitized, and stocked with minimal breakage, while maintaining floor cleanliness and proper trash removal.

You will also complete opening or closing shift duties as directed by management. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and commit to full-time hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support by ensuring all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked with minimal breakage.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen floor and removal of trash from the kitchen and restrooms.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
