Call Your Mother in Denver is seeking a Dishwasher to keep a fast-paced kitchen running smoothly. You will wash, dry, and prep utensils, maintain a clean station, and support the team during peak hours.

Qualifications

• No prior bagel-baking experience required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure constant access for the kitchen staff.
• Change the water in machines and sinks every two hours, or as needed, to maintain proper chemical concentration and cleanliness.
• Complete the daily inventory form and report items that need to be ordered.
• Clean and sanitize all food prep areas, including ovens, grills, slicers, and stoves.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping around each station every two hours.
• Assist with storing and rotating deliveries using FIFO and keep dry storage organized.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
