Qualifications

• Entry level position with training provided.
• Experience in high-volume food/beverage service preferred.
• Friendly personality and strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, or Line.
• Transfers refuse, used linen, cardboard, etc. to proper areas.
• Complete required cleaning/disinfecting/sanitizing procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by leader/manager.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
