Responsibilities include washing, setting up, storing, and sanitizing areas, plus waste management. Must understand English, operate equipment safely, and work well in a team with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to schedules and procedures.
• Prepare dishwashing and pot washing areas, and operate equipment properly.
• Return clean dishes and utensils to their proper storage locations.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
