HopCat in Lincoln, NE is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep the dish station clean, organized, and stocked to support fast-paced service. You will operate dishwashing equipment, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure a steady flow of clean wares for the kitchen and dining area.

No prior restaurant experience is required. You should be dependable, flexible, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a supportive, team-driven environment at BarFly’s HopCat location.

Responsabilités

• Scrape, sort, wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and store restaurant wares.
• Test and monitor dish-machine and sanitizer performance as directed.
• Maintain chemical levels and follow safe chemical-handling procedures.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain related areas.
• Clean floors, mats, drains, walls, equipment, and assigned kitchen spaces.
• Protect clean items from contamination and report damaged wares.
• Assist with basic kitchen support and cleaning assignments when needed.
