Job summary

The Ground is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the kitchen at Ground Market organized and efficient. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dish station, washing utensils and kitchen equipment, and assisting the team during busy periods.

Ideal candidates should be organized, able to work under pressure, and possess a valid State Food Handler’s License. Benefits include PTO, health, vision, and a 401(k) plan for qualifying employees.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as directed.
• Support front-of-house, including occasional table bussing.
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling promptly.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Education
