Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep kitchen and dining ware clean and sanitized, serving as the backbone of daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will load, run and unload the dish machine, monitor water temperature for sanitary cycles, maintain detergents and tableware, and bag trash for pickup, all while collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Positive energy and willingness to assist fellow staff; team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees and guests.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.
