Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community BBQ is seeking a hands-on team member to support dishwashing, keep the dish pit running, and assist across the kitchen. No experience is required, and you’ll find opportunities to move from the line to pitmaster to kitchen manager as you grow with us.

You’ll be on your feet for 8+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and room for advancement in a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish pit and move dishes through the machine back to the line.
• Keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares moving through the machine and back to the line, and help keep kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Jump in wherever the team needs a hand and support the shift as needed.
