Qualifications

• Previous high volume dishwashing experience required.
• Commercial dish machine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, pots, and utensils ensuring sanitation.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Polish silverware and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
