Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to schedules and procedures.
• Prepare dishwashing and pot washing areas; operate equipment properly.
• Return clean dishes and utensils to proper storage locations.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
