Southern Proper Hospitality Group is hiring a dishwasher at our Buckhead location. This hourly role focuses on washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, and pans, while keeping the dish pit clean and organized. You will support kitchen staff, follow sanitation standards, and help with basic prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Capable of following health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and equipment.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep or tasks as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Put away food deliveries in proper containers with labels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability (punctual and attendance).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot, wet, and humid conditions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
