Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Restaurant experience in hospitality environment preferred, but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and inspect dishes and utensils.
• Load and operate dishwashing machines, maintain appropriate chemical levels.
• Unload clean dishes and put them in their proper place.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and kitchen.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
