Fox Restaurant Concepts in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Dishwasher to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You’ll load, run, and unload the dish machine, help keep tables and glassware spotless, and support kitchen operations during busy service.

The ideal candidate works well in a team, communicates clearly, can stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend and some holiday availability is preferred, with benefits after 25 hours and opportunities for growth within our family of brands.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
• Excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and is able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and los(e).
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
