Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washing, sanitizing, sorting, and storing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and clutter-free dishwashing area.
• Keeping kitchen floors, storage areas, and workspaces clean and safe throughout each shift.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and health code requirements.
• Changing dishwashing water and maintaining proper chemical dilution standards.
• Assisting with receiving and storing food deliveries.
• Managing trash removal and maintaining organized storage areas.
• Safely handling cleaning chemicals and following Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines.
