Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Ability to properly lift 25-50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Can obtain any necessary food handling permits or licenses.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes to send through the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes.
• Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster.
• Set up/break down dishwashing area.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep/mop floors.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Implement storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Cross-training opportunities available.
