El Molino is hiring a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. The role supports culinary and service teams by ensuring an ample supply of clean dishes and tools, while upholding sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include washing, stocking, and organizing the dish room, assisting with opening/closing tasks, and supporting the team during high-volume service. Candidates should be 18+, reliable, and flexible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Good organizational skills with time management and the ability to stay efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow standard kitchen operating procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and a commitment to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to a clean, safe workspace.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist with extra tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification as required by state and local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment to ensure constant availability of clean service ware.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room throughout service.
• Clean and care for kitchen machines and appliances.
• Support kitchen readiness by cleaning stations and preparing back-of-house for the next shift.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and properly storing deliveries as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and dish room floors to maintain a safe environment.
• Remove trash and recycling, ensuring sanitation standards.
• Assist with additional cleaning or organizational tasks as needed.
• Report any kitchen accidents or equipment issues to leadership.
• Execute end-of-night closing duties, including cleaning and maintenance of dish machine.
• Help keep dining areas clean and guest-ready before business hours.
