Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.

• Restock dishware, flatware, and kitchen stations as needed.
• Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, dish machines, and work areas.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries when needed.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or broken items.
• Take out trash and clean trash receptacles.
• Support kitchen and restaurant staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Report kitchen accidents, safety concerns, or food safety violations to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
