Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health codes.
• Organize and stock clean dishes in appropriate storage areas.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
