Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Dishwasher in Laughlin, NV. You will ensure dishes and utensils are cleaned to spec, support the kitchen, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Team player with ability to work a variety of opens, swings and closes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food safety and sanitation standards.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed during shifts.
• General cleaning of the restaurant and ensuring clean plates and silverware.
