Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Lombard, IL is seeking a Kitchen/Dishwasher to join our team on a full-time basis. Your duties include washing dishes, cleaning utensils and glassware, and maintaining dining room cleanliness according to established schedules.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to communicate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move frequently.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing, cleaning duties, and basic kitchen sanitation.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces per schedules.
• Clean the dish room, floor mats, dishwasher, and stainless steel surfaces.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors and storage areas.
