Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a full-time Kitchen/Dishwasher role. Shifts run 8am-3pm and 12-8pm, with duties including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation across the kitchen and dining areas.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who can work in an interdisciplinary team, with the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts. Benefits and vaccination policies are part of the employment package.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter.
• Ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently during working hours.
• Must be able to lift, carry up to 30 lbs., and push or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room reset.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen per schedules and procedures.
• Clean dish room, wash floor mats, drain and clean dishwasher, and polish stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and related areas.
