Nashoba Park, part of Senior Living Residences, is seeking team members for our dining program. The dining team delivers superior service and a gourmet experience for our senior residents in a safe, home-like, and fun work environment.

Starting rate at $15 per hour for full-time Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and helping residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

• Maintain a clean dining environment by cleaning kitchen counters and storeroom, mopping floors, and emptying trash
