Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring Dishwashers at The Lodge at Historic Lewes. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Wages: $16.50-$18.50 per hour based on experience. Join a team that serves seniors with care and dignity in a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes, assisting with food prep and event meals, and following safety standards. Benefits start from day one and include health, vision, dental, 401(k) and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Keep floors clean and empty trash.
• Assist with food order storage and retrieval as needed.
• Assist chefs and servers as assigned.
• Assist with preparation and execution of events, banquets, theme meals/parties.
• Clean and sanitize dining area surfaces and equipment.
• Communicate resident likes and dislikes to dining room management for menu planning.
