Calhoun's Gatlinburg is hiring a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role emphasizes sanitary standards, proper cleaning, and timely dish handling to keep service moving smoothly.

You will operate cleaning equipment, follow recipes, assist with janitorial duties in dining areas, and support the team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and physical stamina is required for standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must follow sanitary procedures and local/state/federal guidelines.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment and prioritize dishwashing.
• Perform janitorial duties in dining service areas.
• Preferred prior restaurant experience.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk all shift.

Calhoun's is looking for a Dishwasher to join their Gatlinburg location!

This position is responsible for following all sanitary procedures and standards. You must comply with local, state, and federal regulatory measures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation. This person will be able to operate proper cleaning equipment and prioritize pot and dish washing to help with the rotation of needed materials. As a major part of this position you will perform janitorial duties in various dining service areas.
