Job summary

IHOP Morristown is hiring a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will help maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, support food prep, and assist front-of-house during busy periods. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Starting pay ranges from $11 to $12 per hour DOE. Weekends and nights are required. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, free shift meals, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dish storage and cleaning supplies
• Assist with food preparation and ingredients as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow for kitchen staff
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
• Set and reset tables according to dining room standards and guest preferences
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms, as well as in the parking lot
• Support the front of house team during busy periods to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
