Job summary

IHOP is seeking a diligent team member to wash dishes, clean and reset tables, and help maintain a spotless dining area. You will follow IHOP SOPs and safety guidelines while supporting kitchen and dining room operations.

No prior experience is required; you will receive IHOP training. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read and understand English and Spanish instructions.
• Follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Successfully complete IHOP training course.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables, clean chairs, booths and floors after guests leave.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, etc. per SOP.
• Unload, rotate and store food, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and IHOP SOP.
• Check restrooms for stocking levels and cleanliness.
• Follow uniform and appearance standards per SOP guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
