Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment.
• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items; comply with health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties per policies and procedures.
• May scrub and mop floors; sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Support a positive team environment with dishwashers and culinary staff.
