Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe is hiring a dishwasher to support our breakfast operation. You will load and operate the dish machine, wash and store tableware, and maintain a clean dish area.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and standing for extended periods. We offer a fast-paced cafe environment with typical operating hours from early morning until mid-afternoon, and equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
• Stand for long periods (up to 6 hours) and lift up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine. Keep the dish machine clean and report any problems.
• Maintain dish room clean and organized; keep adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Wash and store all tableware; bag and haul trash to dumpster; clean walls, floors, sinks, mops, and cooler floor daily.
