Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Kitchen Associate to prepare foods, wash dishes, and support a sanitation-conscious kitchen. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and assist in all areas of food production. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential for delivering top guest service.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and adaptability to various outlets and shifts will help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble foods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Follow all recipes and production specifications during shifts.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and dishwashing station at all times.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Deliver excellent internal guest service with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Be flexible to assist in multiple kitchen roles and shifts as required.
