Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Cleaning/Dishwasher Utility for a part-time role in Nags Head, NC. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe facility and support meal service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You’ll be part of a friendly team with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a retail/restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with team members.
• Wipe tables and clean surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean equipment and bathrooms.
• Clean sidewalks, parking stalls and building exterior.

The successful Cleaning / Utility Team Member is able to:

• Greet and positively engage with the Team in the restaurant.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general clean tasks including:
• Wiping tables
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning equipment
• Cleaning sidewalks, parking stalls, building exterior
• Washing walls and ceilings

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
