Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Clayton, Missouri is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness of all dishware, wash by hand when needed, and safely operate washing equipment to clean service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.

You will help maintain kitchen safety by clearing spills promptly, keeping floors, walls and cook surfaces clean, and participate in deep cleaning projects. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean. Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full. Keep the wash area organized.
• Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
