Responsibilities

• Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities.
• Wash dishes, store and rotate food and supplies.
• Perform janitorial duties in service areas such as the dining room, restrooms, and other areas associated with the upkeep of the restaurant.

Skills & Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Operate equipment following safety standards.
• Must be able to push, pull, reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
