Job summary

The Sundance Mountain Resort is hiring a Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations during the busy season. Pay is $19.00 per hour and includes a ski season pass.

Shifts run Monday through Sunday, from 4 PM to close or 7 AM to 3 PM, and weekend/holiday availability is required. Responsibilities include setting up the dish station, taking out trash, maintaining sanitation, restocking clean dishes, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up dish station to Sundance standards.
• Take out trash, recycling, and linen.
• Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system.
• Support recycling program.
• Complete daily cleaning projects.
• Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes.
• Restock lines with clean dishes.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
