• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods; maintains sanitation throughout the dishwashing area.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe per safety standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles disposal per guidelines.
